The Store Manager Role:

Lead daily store operations, maintaining high standards of quality, speed, and serviceRecruit, train, and develop a team focused on exceptional customer experienceManage performance and control costs while driving sales and profitabilityCreate a high-energy, team-oriented culture that keeps both staff and customers engagedEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and brand standards
