Admin Apprentice

Answering phone calls and assisting with customer and supplier enquiries Organising job schedules for engineers Filing and maintaining records Updating and managing spreadsheets Communicating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers Ordering materials and monitoring stock levels Preparing and sending out quotations Inputting supplier invoices and generating customer invoices using Xero

Training:

Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:

Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)

You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment. 



Training Outcome:

After the Apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education.
