IT Solutions Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
Support the IT team in delivering technical assistance to staff and students Learn and develop skills in IT support, infrastructure, and digital tools Provide excellent customer service and help ensure the smooth running of IT systemsMain Duties:
Assist in setting up and maintaining classroom and office IT equipment (e.g., PCs, projectors, printers) Learn to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues Help manage the IT asset register and equipment logs Support staff and students with password resets and account setups Shadow and assist in administering Office 365 and Google Workspace Help maintain photocopiers and AV equipment Participate in maintenance tasks during school holidays Respond to IT support requests under supervision and escalate when needed Contribute to the creation of user guides and documentation Attend training sessions and complete apprenticeship courseworkTraining:

All training will be delivered online by Wise Origin, offering flexible, expert led instruction with interactive sessions and digital resources. This ensures apprentices can develop their skills while balancing work commitments.
