Customer Service / Commercial Apprentice
Resolving queries in relation to price, stock availability, order progress and customer concerns
Adding incoming orders onto our system, adding all relevant details so this can be processed through to the production department for manufacturing dates
Create detailed quotations as and when requested plus assisting customers with technical details around our products
Training Outcome:
There may be an opportunity for a full time position after successful completion of this apprenticeship, as a Commercial/Customer Service Advisor.

Working Hours :
37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday Working pattern – Generally 9-5 but can vary due to travel requirements.
