Apprentice Grounds Maintenance Operative

To perform horticultural and grounds maintenance tasks to ensure the overall appearance of the sites including repairs and maintenance of hard surfaces Plant, and maintain shrubs and flowering plants with the continued development across our sites The competence to use hand and power operated pruning tools, on hedges, trees and shrubs To be able to operate power tools such as pedestrian rotary mowers, grass trimmers, and hedge cutters (training will be provided) The use of hand tools required for day-to-day garden tasks Ensure all tools are kept clean and tidy along with all storage areas 

Training:

Day release from September to Sparsholt College.



Training Outcome:

Full time position upon completion of apprenticeship.

Employer Description:
Property management – providers of office space use in Business Parks and commercial property.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, working hours 08:00 - 16:30, with half hour lunch break.
