Role and Responsibilities: As a Registered Mental Health Nurse working in our inpatient wards, you will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate care to individuals with diverse mental health needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments and devising personalised care plans.
Administering medication and closely monitoring patient responses.
Collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
Accurately maintaining and managing patient records.
Creating an environment that ensures the safety and well-being of patients and colleagues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Mental Health Nurse.
Previous experience in inpatient mental health settings
Strong team player with the ability to excel independently.
