Full Time / Part-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm (35 hours)

The Client:

The Role:

As a Solicitor in a family law department, you will be managing a caseload focused on financial disputes and providing support in complex cases.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee files related to divorce, financial arrangements, and domestic issues.
* Meet and exceed predetermined performance metrics.
* Contribute to the firms marketing and business development efforts both online and offline.


Requirements:

* Previously worked as a Family Solicitor or in a similar role.
* At least 3 years of PQE in family law with a focus on financial issues.
* Background in Childrens Care
* Experience in Legal Aid
* Childrens Panel membership
* Established guardianship contacts
* Strong written communication skills.
