Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse

Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Adhoc Availability: Respond to staffing needs on a flexible basis, accepting assignments as per your availability.

Provide clear and concise reports on patient progress as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Current registration as a Mental Health Nurse with the NMC
Minimum of 12 months’ experience in mental health nursing.
Up-to-date knowledge of mental health legislation, policies, and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
