You will be working as part of a team and you are expected to contribute to improving any working processes.

You will be on CNC Turner or CNC Vertical Borers.CNC TurnerMain Responsibilities
Programme, set up tools and load materials onto CNC machine.Programme Fanuc control systemsUse CAD/CAM and CimcoCarry out machining.To measure components produced on machines and use inspection equipment to ensure that components are manufactured to drawing dimensions and measurementsRead, interpret and work from engineering drawings.Contribute in a team working environment.Contribute to continuous improvementMaintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.Complete quality documentation.Use computer equipment for data purposes.Work to lean theory.Observe and practice the 5S principles.
CNC TurnerThe Candidate
Experience in CNC Turning or CNC Vetical BorerBe proficient at programming, set up, operation and adjustment of tool and fixture offsets on CNC machine toolsDesirable to be a time served engineer (or have an equivalent qualification) but experience is fine.
