Ensure perfectly executed kitchen operations through training, mentoring, assisting, and supporting kitchen staff memberInterpret labor reports and keep all costs, including food, in line with budgetHelp with ordering supplies and raw food materials, making sure there is enough product for day-to-day operationsMonitor and maintain sanitation & health department standards
Key Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience in a similar roleProven leadership experience in a professional kitchen Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team building, staff development, and fostering a positive work culture
