Location: St Ives

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5hr

Salary: Up to £50,000 OTE £62,000 

 

Recruit Mint is seeking a National Sales Manager to join our esteemed client, specialising in packaging solutions.

The role will be remote based however for the first 3 months;the ideal candidate will be expected to be office based.A proven track record in senior-level sales is essential.

 

 

Key Responsibilities


Explore potential new clients, products, and markets through national exhibitions and events.

Utilise proactive prospecting techniques such as cold calling and leveraging industry expertise.

Convince potential clients to make orders or agree to meetings to discuss packaging requirements.

Identify and capitalize on profitable opportunities by understanding client operational savings.

Increase the company's involvement in tendered packaging projects.

Plan optimized routes for national visits, ensuring efficient scheduling.

Organize and participate in meetings, utilizing tools like Outlook, Zoom, Teams, and Calendly.

Maintain accurate call logs to ensure the CRM system is up-to-date.

Participate in relevant exhibitions and training programs to enhance skills.


 

Candidate Profile



Positive attitude towards work, clients, and colleagues.

Demonstrated experience in high-level sales roles, particularly in the retail packaging sector.

Highly motivated and capable of working autonomously.

Comfortable engaging with company Owners/Directors and esteemed organizations.

Possesses excellent business acumen and communication abilities.

Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and LinkedIn

Minimum educational requirement of 5 GCSEs graded A-E
