Head Sushi Chef Requirements:
A Sushi chef who is at the top of their game, someone who is creative, passionate and has a real eye for detail.This role suits a Sushi Chef who has at least three years of experience running a sushi restaurant/kitchen.Previous experience working within a Michelin starred or rosette restaurant would be ideal.This is a very creative role – you will have full autonomy of the sushi offering.
