Commercial Property Solicitor

A national firm, with its roots firmly in the local West Midlands market are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join their busy team.
They are a well-established firm who are continuously growing and are committed to maintain excellent client relationships.

Our client is looking for somebody who can take ownership of their caseload of:

Acquisitions and disposals
Commercial leases
Broad landlord and tenant matters
Sales
Purchases

The candidate will ideally have 5+ years PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor that is looking for a firm that offer good quality work, lots of flexibility to work where and in a way that suits you, as well as an excellent amount of autonomy.
