Culinary degree or similar from a reputable institution.Proven track record of success as a Head Chef or Chef de Cuisine in luxury resorts or high-end restaurants in International settingsExtensive knowledge of both Western and Asian cooking techniques and marriage of flavours.Demonstrates ability to develop and execute creative, trendsetting menus.Passion for exploring new culinary trends and incorporating them into the resort's offerings.Strong leadership and management abilities to guide and motivate the culinary team.Excellent communicationCommitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.Attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics in culinary creations.Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of a 5-star beachside resort environment.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
