A Sushi chef who is at the top of their game, someone who is creative, passionate and has a real eye for detail.This role suits a Sushi Chef who has at least three years of experience running a sushi restaurant/kitchen.A Sushi Chef who enjoys interacting with customers is a must! This kitchen is open plan and situated in the heart of their dining room.This is a very creative role – you will have full autonomy of the sushi offering.
