Full-service, accredited law firm looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team in the Chester office.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role within a traditional legal practice who has their roots planted firmly within the local community.

In this role, you will be supporting on a caseload of:

Buying and selling property
Mortgages
Shared Ownership
Transfer of Property
Land Registrations
Property Auctions

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to work on a mixed, high net-worth pipeline of work and gain the chance to get fantastic exposure to Residential Development work.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least a years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing work, has excellent client care skills, is a team player and is wanting to establish themselves in a friendly and sociable team for the long-term.
