Long-standing, multi-service practice would like to welcome an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor into their North Manchester offices.
This well-established law firm have built strong relationships with Greater Manchester developers, businesses and entrepreneurs.

They take on high quality work to rival that of city-centre practices and pride themselves on the service they offer clients.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and supportive team, taking on broad Commercial Property work to include:

Acquisitions and disposals
Commercial leases
Property finance matters
Secured lending
Contracts and transfers
Commercial leases
Landlord and tenant issues

The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years’ PQE within Commercial Property law, is driven and ambitious in their long-term career goals.
