Talent Acquisition Director

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Director Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates  I'm currently partnering with a global hospitality group, currently based in Dubai, with their search for a Talent Acquisition Director.  The group have a global footprint, with venues stationed across North America, South America, Europe, & the Middle East - and they're actively looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to join their team, to be based out of their regional head offices in the heart of Dubai.  The group have an incredible portfolio of venues & properties, boasting high-end, fine dining restaurants alongside boutique, ultra-luxury residencies & private members clubs - with plenty of exciting plans in the pipeline, regarding further global expansion.  You'll be responsible for leading a wider team of 6, and you'll be reporting directly into the Global Head of HR.  We're needing someone with their finger on the pulse when it comes to talent & the regional markets in the GCC - so we're ideally seeking someone who comes from a strong background in independent F&B/hospitality groups OR a hotelier background, as long as you are heavily involved in F&B and senior Exec/operational recruitment.  Prior GCC experience is a must too.
