CBW is currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a number of commercial sites in SM, CR, SE and DA postcodes.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial AC building maintenance with an all-around understanding of most M&E/Fabric plants.
He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
In return, the company are offering a competitive salary paying up to £46,000, a company vehicle, and a fuel card.
Duties:PPM & Reactive maintenanceAir conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenanceYour main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs and VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plants.Respond promptly to service calls and work orders for air conditioning system failures or malfunctions in commercial facilitiesConduct routine inspections of air conditioning systems in commercial premises according to predefined schedulesDiagnose the root cause of system failures through troubleshooting techniques such as pressure testing, temperature readings, and electrical testingPerform repairs or replacements of faulty components, including compressors, condensers, evaporator coils, and refrigerant linesDocument all reactive maintenance tasks, including parts used, repairs performed, and recommendations for system improvement or replacementProvide technical support and guidance to building maintenance staff or other relevant personnel on air conditioning system operation, maintenance, and troubleshootingAdhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and manufacturer specifications in all maintenance activitiesHours of work & SalaryBasic Salary of up to £47,00025 days holiday + Bank HolidaysMonday to Friday working 08:00am – 17:00pmCompany VehicleFull company uniform30 mins travel each side.
