Proven leadership experience within an established chain of high-end restaurants.Embrace an entrepreneurial spirit by taking ownership of the expansion, contributing to the success of the business on both strategic and operational levels.Strong operational background with a track record of managing and growing both single venues and multi-venue brands.Excellent team management skills, with the ability to lead, delegate, and motivate large teams.Previous success in collaborating with global brands and managing exclusive regional licenses.Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results
Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning and execution of the expansion of our emerging F&B brands across the Iberian Peninsula.Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement growth strategies aligned with our global success.Oversee and enhance the day-to-day activities of all business units, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.Manage and grow both single venues and multi-venue brandsBuild and lead a large team, demonstrating strong leadership, delegation, and management skills.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environmentTransition from a traditional salaried role to become a key stakeholder, with a significant equity ownership in the business.Oversee and capitalize on exclusive regional licenses, ensuring alignment with global standards and brand integrity.
