Job Title              Business Development Manager – Creative Events AgencySalary:                 £40,000 - £45,000 + BonusLocation:            Remote / HybridA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven Business Development Manager to join a growing Creative Events Business.

You will be responsible for driving new business, opening doors with clients and supporting their big growth plans!We are looking for someone with tons of personality who can spark up a conversation with anyone with a proven sales record from an events background.Key responsibilities:
Working alongside the senior team to develop the sales strategyMeeting clients regularly to discuss current and future event requirementsKeeping in touch with clients throughout event process Updating and developing the business contacts Proactively securing new clients and leadsBrainstorming concepts and building client proposalsManaging budgets and quotes
Skills and Experience:
Proven track sales record from an events backgroundAbility to work as an individual and as part of a small teamExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsWell presented with excellent customer service skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationshipsPositive and proactive approach
