CNC Turner – The Company:

- We are currently recruiting a CNC Turner for a precision engineering company in Redditch.

They are looking to expand the CNC Turning team due to their healthy order books! If you are a CNC Turner looking to join a well-established company offering a great package & work stability then this is the company for you!

 

CNC Turner – Duties:

- Set and operate CNC lathes, some of which have live tooling
- Check and inspect own work using inspection equipment (Verniers, micrometres, SPG’s and PPG’s
- In process inspection to ensure total process control is maintained
- Manufacture components from engineering drawings to the correct quality standards
- Ensure that information relating to the manufacturing process is accurately recorded, maintained  and updated to reflect current process on job cards
- Ensure that preventative machine maintenance schedules are strictly carried out
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment at all times

 

CNC Turner – Requirements:

- Knowledge of Fanuc control systems on CNC Turning machines
- Aerospace industry experience desired
- Experience working with engineering drawings and work to instructions i.e.

job cards
- Ability to set and operate different machine tools
- PC literate

 

CNC Turner – Salary & Benefits:

- £14ph - £16ph
