Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in supporting pupils with SEN.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN, either in a school or similar setting.
Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support pupils with diverse needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents/carers.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational development of all pupils.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to meet the needs of individual pupils.
Flexibility and adaptability, with the willingness to respond to the changing needs of pupils and the school environment.
