Costs Draftsperson

Are you an experienced Costs Draftsperson seeking a new opportunity?
My client is a highly regarded, international law firm seeking a Costs Draftsperson to join their team in Manchester.

As a Costs Draftsman you will take on a range of responsibilities to include:

Assessing and negotiating settlement of multi-track costs including handling of related costs proceedings
Drafting own party and opposing third party cost budgets
Pursuing costs recoveries including bill drafting
Advocacy at court hearings

The successful candidate should have the following:

At least 5 years’ experience of working in Costs
Experience of working on multi-track costs matters
Experience of costs budgeting
Advocacy experience would be preferable but is not essential
