As General Manager you will be directly responsible for a busy site with a strong team, accountable for setting & achieving financial targets set by the Operation Manager, and generating additional revenue through precise controls and the training of your team members
The General Manager Person
To be successful in your application you will have been a General Manager in the pub environment with a track record of success.
You must have experience with fresh food operations ideally at rosette or Michelin star level, ideally in the medium or high-volume site.
Can-do attitude is required and confidence to drive the business forward.
