Commercial Property Paralegal

Award-winning, regional law firm looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal into their Hereford offices.
Within this Commercial Property Paralegal role, you will be running and assisting the wider team on a mixed caseload of matters that includes:

Landlord and Tennant matters
Acquisitions and Disposals
Development
Sales and Purchases Contracts
Freehold/Leasehold
Title Issues

The successful candidate for this Commercial Property Paralegal role will ideally have at least 6 months previous experience within the field, is a team player, has excellent communication and time management skills and can maintain exceptional relationships with an established client base.
