2nd Line Support Engineer

Job Title: 2nd Line Support EngineerSalary: £30-£40,000paLocation: LondonWe are working with a returning client on the hunt for a 2nd line support engineer in London.

The role will be on a hybrid basis, with 4 days I office to start and changing to 3 days as projects develop.

We have placed several people in the business over the years and know that they offer great career opportunities in an interesting and varied setting.

They would love to find someone with 2-3 years support experience that is a great team worker, has excellent attention to detail and is a great problem solver.The day-to-day:
Supporting IT across retail, property and office co workingUsing ticket system to resolve user issuesSupporting with full Microsoft suite of productsSupporting with Cisco MerakiWorking closely with junior and senior team members to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
Experience:
Office 365Full Microsoft suite- inc defender, InTune, AzureMerakiOn site and troubleshootingUsing ticketing systemsExperience with cloud migration is desirable
