Solicitor - Childcare

Solicitor – Somerset£60 per hourContract – Full Time:Duties/Responsibilities:
A childcare lawyer with experience of holding their own caseload of care cases including recovery orders, DOLs. Experience of PLOs, ad hoc queries and contested adoptions also necessary.Previous experience of working within a local authority legal team and handling a busy caseload.We are looking for candidates experienced in dealing with public law childcare proceedings.Qualified to practice in England or Wales as a Solicitor or Barrister, or a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives or a part-qualified Legal Executive who can evidence that they will have finalised their qualification within 6 months of commencing employment
