Family Paralegal

Family Paralegal required for leading Newcastle law firm!

Our client, a leading legal 500 law firm, are recruiting for an experienced Family Paralegal to join their reputable family team in Newcastle.

The role would suit a Family Paralegal with upwards of 1 years’ experience working at a Family Paralegal, ideally with private divorce/ matrimonial experience though candidates from other family law backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Supporting a number of fee earners on a caseload of privately funded family matters, with a focus on divorce, separation and finances.
Drafting legal documentation, applications and correspondence.
Assisting in the preparation for court hearing and mediation.
Providing ongoing updates to clients and third parties.
Attending meetings and drafting notes.
Maintaining the case management system.
