The Role:

You will be working on a broad-ranging caseload of commercial property matters from both regional and national clients, including including business transfers, business formations, business ventures and business terms.

The property side covers most aspects of commercial and residential property which is often complimentary to business transactions.
You will be working as part of the team to consistently provide the highest quality service to clients and uphold the firm's excellent reputation in the area.
You will have the chance to undertake training in order to further your skill set and develop your career.

The Candidate:

Our client is ideally looking for someone who is 4 years+ PQE within Commercial Property.
You should be hardworking and dedicated to the role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to form lasting relationships with both colleagues and clients.
You should be looking to make a long-term move and establish your career in a renowned firm.
