Head Bartender

Job Title: Head bartender Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Salary: €2,490 – €2,800 gross per monthAre you a head bartender with great leadership skills who is looking for a new challenge?This recognized restaurant that is part of a hotel is looking for a head bartender to lead their team.

As the Head bartender, you will oversee all aspects of the bar operation, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards of beverage quality.

You will be responsible for their current cocktail menu, managing inventory, training staff, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.Responsibilities
Ensure consistency in drink presentation and quality.Train and mentor bar staff on cocktail preparation and customer service.Manage beverage inventory levels and minimize waste.Implement inventory control measures and conduct regular audits.Interact with guests professionally, providing recommendations and handling complaints.Create a welcoming atmosphere to encourage repeat business.Plan and execute special promotions and events to drive sales.Monitor sales trends and adjust menu offerings and pricing accordingly.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.Knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques, spirits.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and guests.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Must be living in the Netherlands already
