Job Title: Cluster Chief Engineer Location: Netherlands Salary: €3,200 – €4,200 gross per monthA very well known, unique and innovative hotel is looking for aCluster Chief Engineer to oversee theirUtrecht and Eindhoven locations! You will make sure all areas of the hotel are in optimal conditions by performing preventive and emergency routine check ups so their guests have THE BEST experience during their stay in their hotels.About the position
Maximizing the maintenance department with a balanced focus on operations, guest, employee and owners satisfaction is what’s important to you.Oversee all maintenance tasks and thereby priorities a timely and accurate completion.Ensure the proper use and periodic maintenance of all equipmentYou are responsible for quality service, meeting/exceeding financial goals, short- and long-term planning and day-to-day operationsPromoting a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive co-operation to requests receivedYou will maintain overview and proper records relating to all plant and equipment repairs and servicesYou have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to connect with others
The successful candidate
Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering fieldPrevious experience leading or supervising a team, preferably in multiple locationsA sound understanding of engineering principles.Ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.Have a very hands on approachExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.English required, Dutch is a plusMust be based in the Netherlands already
