Litigation Solicitor

Global, award-winning law firm looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their Birmingham team.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a 12 month, fixed term contract Litigation Solicitor role within a Top 200 ranked legal practice that is known for their excellent workplace culture.

They are able to offer flexible working options that suit you, fantastic development opportunities and a competitive salary for the area.
Within this role, your main responsibilities will include:

Advising client base on contentious matters
Deal with appeals made to the Upper Tribunal
Instructing counsel to advise
Drafting correspondence with tribunal
Providing representation at hearings

The successful candidate will ideally have 2-5 years’ PQE, has a strong background in managing litigation matters, is able to work well under pressure and has excellent client care skills.
