Things you will be doing as a Head Chef:

Develop the team through leadership and coaching.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operation in the kitchen.
Ensure the food standards are maintained.
Continually review and refresh menu offerings.
Cost control and monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen.
Regular hygiene audits.

You will be a great fit if you have:

Experience as a Head Chef
Background in Arabian / Persian cuisine
Great knowledge of the London market and supply chain
An open mindset and innovative skills
Strong planning skills
Team management skills
