Manager Location: New York City      Salary: $60,000 - $75,000About our client:We are excited to be working with a fun and trendy hospitality group.

They are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to come on board their team.

As a manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team management.Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is operated to the highest standards dailyCoordinate with the kitchen operations to maintains menu consistency, food quality and a timely serviceProvide a welcoming atmosphere for customers and maintaining an energetic and fun environment for team membersSupport with the development and implementation of strategies to increase sales and exceed financial targetsAssist with inventory management and cost controls
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven full-service restaurant manager experienceDriven by creating excellent guest experiencesA natural leader who has a desire to grow within the hospitality industryExcellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
