Oversee all aspects of the employee journey, from recruitment and selection to onboarding, development, and retention, as well as offboarding processes.

Act as the HR champion for the managers and key actors across the operations.Advise on employee relations and challenges at all levels of the organization.Ensure best practices at all times, follow legal compliance and policies, and maintain the balance between being a strategic business partner and employee champion.Implement Learning and Development processesCover day-to-day HR activities (Organisational Design, Retention, Reward, and Employee Engagement, employee relations investigations, provide guidance and advice as well as coaching to line managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes)Reporting to General ManagerEnsure a high level of internal communication.

Fluent in English and Italian is a mustExperience dealing with unions and syndicatesHospitality experience is highly desiredGreat communication skillsPositive mindset
