The Company:This is a new venue for London but not their first site in the UK… think vibrant buzzing atmosphere, live shows and music, an excellent food & drink offering all wrapped up in impeccable service! The opening will be extremely busy, so we are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who loves high volumes ideally with New Opening experience!The Ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager?
Guest obsessed and all about creating memorable experiences.Standards and quality driven, with great attention to detail.Have an impactful first impression and a warm and approachable customer manner.Front of house presence is essential, as is a big personality and buckets of charm.

Strong with H&S, rota planning, ordering and stock management.Training focused, along with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.A great motivator with a hands-on work ethic and established sense of responsibility.
