 My Client who are a leading manufacturer within their field is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their team.

This role will be to support their global team and will involve travel across Europe to support their manufacturing facilities.This role will be suitable for any existing Field Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer seeking to work in a global position.

Field Service Engineer Requirements:Apprenticeship, degree or diploma in engineering or related technical fieldProven experience working as a Field Service Engineer within a manufacturing environment Ability to travel across Europe sometimes at short notice Excellent problem solving skillsProficiency in English with any additional European languages being a plus High level of mechanical and technical aptitude Valid UK Driving License
Field Service Engineer Duties:Travel across Europe to customer sites to provide on-site technical assistance, and perform installations, preventative maintenance, and repairs on company equipment and machineryDeliver remote troubleshooting and diagnostic support as requiredAssist with new product roll-outs, installation of new lines and equipment Deliver training to on-site technicians and operators Maintain accurate and detailed reports of services performed, parts used and customer feedbackAct as primary customer contact and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
