General Manager - Global QSR Concept

Job Title: General Manager Location: United Arab Emirates Package: 14,000 - 18,000 AED per month all-inclusive, plus benefits  I'm currently partnering with a global QSR franchise, who are based in Dubai, with their search for a General Manager.  The group are currently undergoing a very exciting wave of growth, and they currently have a number of new openings in the pipeline, alongside a stellar portfolio of operational stores & cloud kitchens across the UAE. Ideally we're looking for those who come from a strong franchised / QSR / casual dining background, and prior GCC experience will definitely be preferred.  We're needing someone who's a real people person, but who is also very commercially savvy - so someone who's already operating at a GM/AGM level would be ideal, as you'll be expected to handle all store P&Ls, Budgets, Schedules etc.  Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily restaurant operations.Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.Organize and supervise shifts.Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g.

discounts and social media ads).Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
