Job Title              Head of Operations – Large Scale VenueSalary:                £75,000 - £85,000 + BonusLocation:            HampshireI’m pleased to be working with a fantastic large-scale venue in Hampshire, who are on the hunt for a Head of Operations to join their dynamic team.

The Head of Operations must be a real all-rounder, we are looking for someone with experience in delivering live events, excellent understanding of health and safety and venue management, and a passion for outstanding guest experience!Key Responsibilities:
Lead, direct and manage the operations teamsOverseeing all aspects of event deliveryContinuous improvement of customer service, processes, standards, and event deliveryWork with external vendors and suppliers and oversee procurement processAccountability for Health & Safety and compliance for all employees and visitors on siteResponsibility for managing budgets and contributing to revenue targetsGenerate ideas for future development
Skills and Experience:
Experience in operational delivery of live eventsProven track record of leading, managing and developing large teamsExperience working in large-scale and complex venueFinancially astuteH&S management and control within a large siteAdaptable and able to work well under pressureInnovative and across all current market trends
