Keen to grow their stellar legal team, a newly created unmissable position for a tenacious Patent Attorney is open.
As a welcome addition to the dynamic Patent Team, your commercial and technical savviness will be fully utilised.

Working alongside and reporting to a Senior Patent Attorney, this is a truly collaborative space in which you'll be responsible for ensuring an effective strategy is in place to protect key technologies.

Day to day, working closely with the R & D teams, you'll be accountable for a portfolio of patent applications, impart technical advice, ensure patent applications are created and filed, ensure appropriate patent prosecution strategy and oversee compliance for each application and participate in Oral Examination Hearings.
It's imperative that you are a pragmatic, results driven, single or dual qualified attorney up to 3 years PQE, or, an exceptional finals standard or part qualified attorney, with demonstrable experience in prosecuting patent applications in key jurisdictions, both domestically and abroad.

Your technical background will be within the mechanical engineering and/or electronics space.
