Our client is looking for a motivated and dynamic Residential Conveyancer to join and build the new Conveyancing department in Grantham.The Role:- Setting up the Newark office Residential Conveyancing team from the ground up- Going out and finding new Conveyancing work- Ultimately growing the department by training and supervising new starters- Liaising regularly with clients and other third parties such as lenders, estate agents and solicitorsThe Candidate:- Ideally, you would be an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with around 5+ years PQE- Prior training, management or supervisory experience would be very much appreciated but not essential- A confident business developerIn return, the firm are open to conversations surrounding flexible working opportunities and offer an extensive list of benefits including a competitive salary, staff discounts on a variety of services and a generous bonus scheme.
