Electrical Engineer (7 years work)

Position: Electrical Engineer – ESB Framework Projects Location: Dublin and surrounding counties.

Salary: Excellent Salary & Package on offer.Our client, a well-established Civil Engineering Contractor, who provide a range of Civil & Utility projects, are now looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their growing team.

This role will involve working on ESB Framework projects across Dublin and surrounding counties.

Main Responsibilities:

Involved in project from the beginning, including planning, delivery, commissioning through to handover.
Visit sites prior to mobilisation to review the project and assist with solutions to any issues arising.
Monitoring the site progress and reporting to Management team, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documents are filed correctly.
Carry out ongoing quality reviews of work throughout the project.
Review and develop construction programmes with Senior Management to ensure the electrical durations and sequencing of works are correct.
Ensure adherence to company procedures and agreed electrical safety rules including isolation, permit to work etc.
Manage any design-related issues that may arise

Minimum Requirements:

Degree Qualified in; Electrical, Electronic, or similar engineering field.
Previous experience working in the Power Industry and on ESB projects.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Must hold a full Irish/UK drivers’ licence.
