The Role of the Specification Manager

Our client seeks a Sales Representative to market flat roofing systems to architects, builders, local authorities, healthcare, surveyors, police, and factories in the refurbishment sector.


Responsibilities include specifying products, generating sales revenue from new and existing clients, and directly selling systems to contractors.


The role encompasses a varied sales environment with a focus on both commercial and residential sectors.


Candidates must meet targets for appointment rates, sales revenue, and customer retention.


Covering Central London and surrounding areas, the position offers ample opportunity for business growth.
