What you will be doing as a Sous Chef:

Reporting to the Head Chef
Supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen
Manage and mentor the junior brigade.
Ensuring quality and speed of service are consistent.
Upholding standards in line with the company specifications
Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Head Chef

You will be a great fit if you have:

Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a good establishment
You are an approachable person with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
Can produce consistent service in line with company recipes and standards.
Are organised and have great time management.
Have excellent communication skills.
