Quantity Surveyor

An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required for a reputable Steel company based in Essex.
Duties:

Managing packages.
Dealing with variations.
Meet clients commercial team regularly and form a working relationship.
Attending pre-order meetings with the estimating team.
Chasing payments and retentions.
Overseeing projects’ financial performances.
Addressing any issues on performance at an early stage.

Job details

Salary up to £70,000
Minimum of 40 hours work per week
Value of packages up to £50K - £2M
Will be surveying up to 10-12 sites at once

Must be keen and ambitious
Experience in working for a steel company is a must
