Established and full-service law firm looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their Manchester office.
We have just been instructed on an exciting and unique Commercial Property Solicitor role with a long-standing client whom Sacco Mann has worked with a lot over the years, placing professionals into roles from NQ to Partner level.

Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be providing commercial real estate corporate support work to a varied and long-standing client base, acting as a bridge between both the Commercial Property and Corporate teams.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

Providing clients with sound and professional legal advice
Handling your own caseload
Business Development and networking
Support the Partners within the Real Estate and Corporate teams
Working across a wide range of transactions

The successful candidate for this Commercial Property Solicitor role will ideally have at least 5+ years’ PQE, is able to work well as part of a team, is ambitious in their long-term career goals and has excellent communication, project management and client care skills.
