360 Excavator Operator

We are seeking a 360 Excavator / Plant Operator to join a stable and experienced Production team operating a 360 excavator and Front Loader within a large scale manufacturing site in the Ramsbottom area.

Immediate start available
Temporary initially but with a permanent opportunity to also join the business
Basic pay rate - £15 to £16 per hour, overtime is also available at x 1.5 Saturday mornings for those who want it
Salary circa £36,000 + OT
Hours of work – Monday to Friday – 7am to 5pm, basic 47.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities of a 360 Excavator Operator

Operate a 360 excavator 40t (HDY/Pecker attachment)
Must have experience with a working with a Pecker/HDY
Operate yard duties.
Work as a member of a team.
Carry out vehicle inspections and complete appropriate paperwork.
Ensure paperwork is completed fully and passed to relevant Manager.
Be compliant with Health and Safety at work requirements.
All activities must be carried out in accordance with the safe working methods and with the supplied appropriate safety clothing.
