Requirements:

Registered Community Nurse: You must be a registered nurse with at least 1 year of recent experience working as a Community Nurse.
Valid NMC Registration: Your Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration must be up to date.
DBS Check: A current DBS check (or willingness to undergo one) is required for this role.
Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK.
It is essential you have a Valid Driving License and access to a vehicle.

Diabetes - Blood Glucose Monitoring
Diabetes - Insulin Administration
Palliative Care Assessment
Wound Management
