Full time Permanent Position
Location: Halifax, UK (On-site)
Salary: £40,000- £50,000 DOE
We are currently working in partnership with a steelwork organisation based in the West Yorkshire region.

Due to Continued expansion, we are currently seeking an Senior Estimator to join the business on a permanent basis.
In return our client is offering a starting salary in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 DOE plus benefits including, an enhanced contributory pension scheme and 33 days holidays including stats.
Key focus and Responsibility for the Senior Estimator

Liaise and negotiate with sub-traded to receive the most competitive prices.
Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and other internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with client and consultant.
Accurately estimating the costs of project to ensure they are competitive.

Desired experiences for the Senior Estimator

Degree in Civil Engineering or an industry related qualification
Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in steelwork/Construction.
Building Construction knowledge
Implement the company’s standards & procedures.
Experience of working with an ISO 9001 Quality systems
